Elaboration
Conceived with a focus on tradition and the legacy of our ancestors. A with a very old technique. Orange wines are those made with all the solid components of the grape, as if they were reds, but with thite grapes. Instead of pressing the grape to ferment the clean must, The white grape must is left fermenting with its peel and seeds. With this technique, the must ferments while macerating with the peels, obtaining all the substances from them, such as aromas, colour or tannins. We have chosen our autochthonous grenache variety to carry out this production technique.
