Tasting note
Lola Bel is a rosé wine and has a pale pink colour. It is a very aromatic wine that reminds us to fresh strawberries and ripe citrus, good step by mouth, refreshing and enveloping.
Winemaking
Lola Bel is a rosé wine, made of 100% Hairy Grenache that has been manually selected from the closest parcel to the winery. Our grapes come from a successful grafting of young and old vines of hairy Grenache belonging to a farmer of Horta de Sant Joan. In the winery, grapes are carefully selected with Vistalis, the most advanced machine of selection choosing only the grapes of highest quality. The selected grapes are macerated in cold for 10 hours until a pale pink colour is reached and fermented a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC, in this way fermentation is slow and wine achieves the maximum aromatic expression and a lot of structure.
